Abstract

Air Susu Ibu (ASI) merupakan makan utama bagi bayi, namun belum semua bayi mendapatkan ASI yang disebabkan oleh faktor btgayi dan faktor ibu. Faktor ibu disebabkan karena produksi ASI yang rendah. Secara nonfarmakologi untuk meningkatkan produksi ASI dengan melakukan pijat oksitosi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pijat oksitosin terhadap peningkatan produksi ASI pada ibu post partum UPT Puskesmas Tembuku II. Penelitian quasi experiment dengan rancangan pre-test dan posttest control grupn desain. grup intervensi diberikan pijat oksitosin, grup kontrol di berikan edukasi cara menyusui yang benar dan KIE nutrisi. Besar sampel 33 grup intervensi, 33 grup kontrol. Analisa data dengan Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian sebelum diberikan intervensi semua responden pada kelompok intervensi dan kelompok kantrol pada kategori ASI tidak lancar. Nilai rata-rata produksi ASI pada kelompok intervensi 7,4 (tidak lancar) pada kelompok kontrol 7,2 (tidak lancar). Stelah diberikan perlakuan pada kelompok intervensi dengan pijat oksitosin sebagian besar responden produksi ASI menjadi lancar yaitu 28 orang (84,8%) dan pada kelompok kontrol paling banyak tidak lancar yaitu 27 orang (81,8%). Nilai rata -rata kelompok intervensi 10, 8 (lancar) dan kelompok kontrol 7,6 (tidak lancar).. Kesimpulan pijat oksitosin berpengaruh terhadap produksi ASI ibu nifas di UPTD Puskesmas Tembuku II. Kepada tenaga kesehatan agar memberikan pijat oksitosin kepada ibu nifas untuk meningkatkan produksi ASI
