Abstract

Stres merupakan gangguan emosional dan mental yang dikarenakan faktor eksternal yang disebut juga dengan ketegangan yang dapat mepengaruhi kualitas hidup penderita. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Nature-Sound Therapy Berbasis Gamelan Bali terhadap Tingkat Stres pada Lansia di Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Wana Seraya Provinsi Bali. Penelitian ini merupakan pre-eksperimental dengan desain pre-post test one grup design yang dilakukan terhadap 30 sampel yang dipilih dengan menggunakan tehnik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu PSS (Perceived Stress Scale). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebelum perlakuan nature sound therapy berbasis gamelan Bali, responden sebanyak 1 orang (3,33%) mengalami stres rendah, sementara 24 orang (80%) mengalami stres sedang dan 5 orang mengalami stres berat. Setelah diberikan perlakuan, terjadi penurunan jumlah responden yang mengalami tingkat stres rendah 22 orang (73,33%), dan responden yang mengalami tingkat stres sedang 8 orang (26,67%). Uji normalitas dengan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test pada hipotesisnya menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan signifikan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan (p-value = 0,005) alpha <0,05). Hasil ini menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh Nature-Sound Therapy Berbasis Gamelan Bali terhadap Tingkat Stres pada Lansia di Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Wana Seraya Provinsi Bali.
