Abstract

Kekerasan seksual pada anak merupakan kondisi saat anak dipaksa serta dipengaruhi untuk terlibat dalam aktivitas seksual. Pada kondisi ini mereka cenderung tidak paham menjadi korban serta sering takut melapor. Peran perawat sebagai edukator dapat dilakukan melalui penyuluhan, salah satunya dengan mengaplikasikan program Underwear Rules. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Program Underwear Rules terhadap pengetahuan anak prasekolah dalam pencegahan kekerasan seksual di TK IV Saraswati Denpasar. Desain penelitian ini adalah pre-experimental design dengan rancangan onegroup pretest-posttest. Data pada penelitian ini berupa data kuantitatif yang diperoleh dari hasil mengisi kuesioner pada 90 orang responden yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sebelum intervensi nilai rata-rata anak 13,08, meningkat menjadi 14,19 setelah diberikan intervensi. Hasil uji statistik Wilcoxon menunjukan adanya pengaruh pemberian Program Underwear Rules terhadap tingkat pengetahuan anak usia prasekolah dengan nilai ρ-value pada kolom Sig. = 0,000 < alpha = 0,05. Peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan menggunakan variabel yang berbeda serta melibatkan kelompok kontrol.
