Abstract

Stroke bisa menyebabkan gangguan fisik yang dapat menimbulkan kecacatan. Proses tersebut karena adanya peradangan sehingga prognosis stroke dapat diduga dengan rasio neutrofil-limfosit (NLR). Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan rasio neutrofil-limfosit (NLR) pada pasien stroke hemoragik dan iskemik di RSD Mangusada Badung. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan rancangan observasional dengan desain komparatif pre test yang dilaksanakan pada bulan September sampai Oktober 2023 dengan jumlah sampel 124 orang yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Data sekunder dikumpulkan dengan melihat nilai rasio neutrofil-limfosit pada rekam medis pasien stroke. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji independent test. Hasil penelitian didapatkan beda rata-rata dari kedua neutrophil lymphosite ratio diatas 7.796. Ada perbedaan yang bermakna peradangan pada stroke hemoragik dan iskemik P (0,001 < α 0,05). Makin tinggi neutrophil lymphosite ratio, kemungkinan prognosis stroke makin buruk. Perlu dilakukan penelitian lanjutan dengan metode kohort.
