Abstract

SEKOLAH TINGGI ILMU KESEHATAN BINA USADA BALI PROGRAM STUDI SARJANA ILMU KEPERAWATAN Skripsi, Desember 2023 Ketut Sri Rahayu Pengaruh Terapi Musik Rindik terhadap Kualitas Tidur pada Pasien di Ruang Intensif Care Unit (ICU) RS X Denpasar xvi + 57 + 7 tabel + 3 gambar + 12 lampiran ABSTRAK Kualitas tidur pasien mengalami penurunan disebabkan oleh penyakit serta adaptasi lingkungan di Rumah Sakit membuat lansia harus menyesuaikan diri. Penatalaksanaan yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dengan kombinasi terapi musik. Terapi musik memberikan efek relaksasi sehingga terjadi peningkatan kualitas tidur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi musik rindik terhadap kualitas tidur pada pasien di Ruang Intensif Care Unit (ICU) RS X Denpasar. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode pra experiment dengan one-group pre-posttest design. Teknik sampling mengunakan non-probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 32 responden. Analisis yang digunakan adalah paired sample t-test. Hasil menunjukan rata-rata perbedaan kualitas tidur pre-posttest sebesar 1,68. Hasil analisis uji paired t-test didapatkan p=0.000<α (α=0.05), maka dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh terapi musik rindik terhadap kualitas tidur pada pasien di Ruang Intensif Care Unit (ICU) RS X Denpasar. Saran perawat dapat memberikan intervensi terapi musik selama perawatan di ruang intensif guna meningkatkan kualitas tidur sehingga mempercepat proses penyembuhan. Management that can be done to overcome this is with a combination of music therapy. Music therapy provides a relaxing effect resulting in improved sleep quality. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of rindik music therapy on sleep quality in patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of Hospital X Denpasar. This research uses a pre- experimental method with a one-group pre-posttest design. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling. The sample in the research consisted of 32 respondents. The analysis used is paired sample t-test. The results show that the average difference in pre-posttest sleep quality is 1.68. The results of the paired t-test analysis showed that p=0.000<α (α=0.05), so it can be concluded that there is an influence of rindik music therapy on sleep quality in patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Room at Hospital X Denpasar. The nurse's suggestion is to provide music therapy intervention during treatment in the intensive care unit to improve sleep quality and thus speed up the healing process.
