Abstract

Masa remaja merupakan periode transisi antara masa kanak-kanak dan dewasa yang biasanya terjadi antara usia 13 sampai 20 tahun. Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh remaja yaitu berkaitan dengan gizi. Permasalahan status gizi tidak hanya mengenai keadaan fisik saja, tetapi lebih cenderung ke arah psikologis, seperti adanya pandangan wanita bertubuh kurus atau langsing, ideal merupakan sosok yang wajib dimiliki sebagai salah satu faktor penunjang dalam interaksi sosial. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan status gizi dengan konsep diri pada remaja di SMA Lab Undiksha Singaraja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, jenisnya observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi targetnya meliputi remaja yang ada di SMA Lab Undiksha Singaraja berjumlah 120 orang. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling yang akan digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 69 orang. Uji penelitian menggunakan uji statistik spearman rank untuk mengetahui hubungan status gizi dengan konsep diri pada remaja di SMA Lab Undiksha Singaraja. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil uji Spearmant memperoleh nilai p value didapatkan hasil 0,015 yang berarti < 0,05 artinya ada untuk hubungan status gizi dengan konsep diri pada remaja di SMA Lab Undiksha Singaraja.
