Abstract

Dismenore adalah nyeri perut yang berasal dari kram rahim yang terjadi selama haid. Rasa nyeri yang timbul bersamaan dengan permulaan haid dan berlangsung beberapa jam hingga beberapa hari hingga mencapai puncak nyeri. Faktor utama yang menyebabkan dismenore adalah kurangnya aktivitas fisik, melakukan aktivitas fisik merupakan salah satu teknik relaksasi yang dapat menurunkan nyeri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan aktivitas fisik dengan kejadian dismenore pada remaja putri yang mengalami menstruasi di SMK PGRI 3 Badung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif korelational dengan pendekatan cross sesctional. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan memperhatian kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi dengan jumlah sampel 59 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji Spearman Rank. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p value < 0,05) hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara aktivitas fisik dengan kejadian dismenore pada remaja putri yang mengalami menstruasi di SMK PGRI 3 Badung. Nilai koesfisiensi didapatkan sebesar r = -0,511 yang menandakan bahwa kekuatan hubungan kuat. Diharapkan agar remaja putri dapat teratur melakukan aktivitas fisik untuk mencegah dismenore saat menstruasi.
