Abstract

Hipertensi sering terjadi pada lansia dan dapat menimbulkan gangguan psikologis seperti gangguan kecemasan dan stres, yang dapat diatasi dengan terapi nonfarmakologis salah satunya adalah hipnotis lima jari. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh hipnotis lima jari terhadap tingkat kecemasan dan stres pada lansia hipertensi di Banjar Pangsan Petang Badung. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian Pre-eksperimental dengan One Group Pre-Posttest Design dan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 43 orang. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner Geriatri Anxiety Inventory (GAI) dan Preceived Stress Scale (PSS-10). Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test untuk membandingkan hasil pretes dan posttest. Hasil uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test menunjukkan nilai probabilitas tingkat kecemasan (sig) 0,000 (p < 0,05) dan nilai probabilitas tingkat stres (sig) 0,000 (p < 0,05), maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh hipnotis lima jari terhadap tingkat kecemasan dan stres pada lansia hipertensi di Banjar Pangsan Petang Badung. Diharapkan hasil penelitian dapat diterapkan bagi masyarakat terutama lansia yang mengalami hipertensi sehingga dapat mengontrol kecemasan dan stres dengan hipnotis lima jari.
