Abstract
ABSTRAK Corona virus adalah virus yang menyebabkan penyakit infeksi saluran pernapasan, mulai flu biasa hingga penyakit yang serius. Pengetahuan tentang pencegahan COVID-19 dan kepatuhan penerapan protokol kesehatan adalah cara mencegah penyebaran virus COVID-19. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan tentang pencegahan COVID-19 dengan kepatuhan penerapan protokol kesehatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian korelasional dan jenis penelitian Cross Sectional melibatkan 130 responden. Instrumen penelitian yang disusun kemudian diuji validatas dan rehabilitas serta sudah dinyatakan valid. Hasil yang didapatkan dianalisis menggunakan uji univariat untuk setiap variable dan menggukan uji bivariat dengan metode uji korelasi rank spearman dengan α = 0,05 untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan tentang pencegahan COVID-19 dengan kepatuhan penerapan protokol kesehatan. Hasil penelitian ini mendapatkan nilai p=0.000 dan Correlation Coefficient = 0,633. koefisien korelasi yang didapatkan adalah positif dan kekuatan korelasi yang dimiliki adalah kuat. Hal ini menunjukan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan tentang pencegahan penyebaran COVID-19 dengan kepatuhan penerapan protokol kesehatan Dibanjar Tegal Luwih Desa Dalung. Melaksanakan program edukasi tentang pencegahan penyebaran COVID-19 adalah salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan penerapan protokol kesehatan. Kata kunci : Corona virus, pencegahan penyeberan COVID-19, protokol kesehatan. ABSTRACT Corona virus is a virus that causes respiratory tract infections, ranging from common cold to serious illnesses. Knowledge of COVID-19 prevention and compliance with the application of health protokols is a method to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge about COVID-19 prevention and compliance with the implementation of health protokols. This study uses quantitative research method with a correlational research design in a Cross Sectional type research involving 130 respondents. The compiled research instrument then tested for validity and rehabilitation and has been declared valid. The results obtained were analyzed using a univariate test for each variable and using a bivariate test with the Spearman rank correlation test method with α = 0.05 to determine the relationship between knowledge about COVID-19 prevention and compliance with the implementation of health protokols. The results of this study get p value = 0.000 and Correlation Coefficient = 0.633. the correlation coefficient obtained is positive and the correlation strength is strong. This shows that there is a significant relationship between knowledge about preventing the spread of COVID-19 and compliance with the application of health protokols in the village of Dalung Banjar Tegal Luwih. Implementing an educational program on preventing the spread of COVID-19 is one way to improve compliance with the implementation of health protokols.
