Abstract

SEKOLAH TINGGI ILMU KESEHATAN BINA USADA BALI PROGRAM STUDI SARJANA KEBIDANAN Skripsi, Juli 2026 Ni Nyoman Maniyanti Hubungan Pengetahuan Ibu Hamil Tentang Tablet Tambah Darah dengan Kejadian Anemia di Wilayah Kerja UPTD Puskesmas Abiansemal II (xix + 112) halaman + 7 tabel + 2 gambar + 18 lampiran ABSTRAK Anemia merupakan masalah kesehatan yang sering terjadi pada ibu hamil. Secara global ibu hamil mengalami anemia disebabkan oleh kekurangan zat besi. Salah satu upaya pencegahan anemia adalah dengan kepatuhan mengonsumsi TTD selama kehamilan. Namun, masih banyak ibu yang tidak patuh karena kurangnya pengetahuan. Pengetahuan yang cukup tentang TTD terbukti merupakan salah satu penentu perilaku ibu hamil dalam pencegahan anemia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang TTD dengan kejadian anemia di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Abiansemal II. Penelitian menggunakan desain analitik korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi 46 ibu hamil trimester III di wilayah kerja UPTD Puskesmas Abiansemal II dengan teknik total sampling. Analisis dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Spearman Rank dengan SPSS. Hasil uji korelasi Spearman Rank antara tingkat pengetahuan dan status anemia, diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasi (r) sebesar 0,648 dengan nilai signifikasi (p-value) sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,05). Hasil nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,648 menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan dengan status anemia. Hubungan bersifat positif dan kuat. Semakin tinggi tingkat pengetahuan, maka semakin baik status anemia responden. Pada setiap petugas kesehatan saat melakukan penyuluhan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu tentang TTD sehingga dapat menurunkan kejadian anemia. Globally, anemia in pregnant women is primarily caused by iron deficiency. One of the efforts to prevent anemia is adherence to consuming iron supplementation tablets during pregnancy. However, many pregnant women do not adhere to the recommended intake due to a lack of knowledge. Adequate knowledge about iron supplementation tablets is one of the determinants of pregnant women's behavior in preventing anemia. This study aimed to determine the relationship between pregnant women's knowledge of iron supplementation tablets and the incidence of anemia in the working area of UPTD Puskesmas Abiansemal II. This study employed a correlational analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. The population comprised 46 third-trimester pregnant women in the working area of UPTD Puskesmas Abiansemal II, all of whom were selected through total sampling. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analyses, with Spearman's rank correlation test performed using SPSS. The results of the Spearman's rank correlation test between the level of knowledge and anemia status showed a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.648 and a significance (p-value) of 0.000 (p < 0.05). The correlation coefficient of 0.648 indicates a significant relationship between the level of knowledge and anemia status. The relationship was positive and strong, indicating that the higher the level of knowledge, the better the respondents' anemia status. Healthcare professionals are expected to enhance pregnant women's knowledge of iron supplementation tablets through health education, thereby contributing to a reduction in the incidence of anemia.
