Abstract

Gangguan tidur pada bayi dapat dikenali dari durasi tidur malam yang kurang dari sembilan jam, bangun lebih dari tiga kali, dan terjaga selama lebih dari satu jam. Gangguan tidur pada bayi dapat diatasi dengan melakukan pijat bayi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang pengaruh pijat bayi terhadap kualitas tidur bayi usia 3-6 bulan di Ayrin Mom And Baby Care. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain pre eksperimental dengan rancangan one group pretest posttest design control group design. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling yaitu total sampling dengan besar sampel 30 bayi usia 3-6 bulan terdiri dari seluruh populasi yang melakukan treatment di Ayrin Mom And Baby Care. Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan April 2025 di Ayrin Mom and Baby Care. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji Wilxocon Test untuk membandingkan hasil pre-test dan post-test. Hasil penelitian menggunakan Wilxocon Test menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara nilai kualitas tidur sebelum dan sesudah intervensi, dengan nilai p-value = 0,001. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh pijat bayi terhadap kualitas tidur bayi usia 3-6 bulan di Ayrin Mom and Baby Care. Diharapkan para ibu dapat menjadikan pijat bayi sebagai bagian dari rutinitas harian atau mingguan dalam perawatan bayi di rumah.
