Abstract

Penurunan laju filtrasi glomerulus menyebabkan ginjal tidak mampu untuk mengekskresikan zat fosfat sehingga timbul hiperfosfatemia yang menyebabkan meningkatnya parathyroid hormone. Peningkatan parathyroid hormone akan menimbulkan hiperparatiroidisme sekunder yang menyebabkan depresi pada sumsum tulang sehingga dapat menurunkan pembentukan eritropoetin yang pada akhirnya akan menyebabkan anemia. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan Glomerulus Filtration Rate (GFR) dengan kadar hemoglobin pasien dengan gagal ginjal kronik di Instalasi HD RS Balimed Denpasar. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan desain penelitian korelasional dan dengan jenis penelitian cross sectional dengan nonprobability sampling dengan total sampling, sampel pada penelitian ini adalah pasien dengan gagal ginjal kronik yang menjalani hemodialisa yang berjumlah 30 orang. Analisis dengan Rank Spearman mendapatkan bahwa antara GFR dan kadar hemoglobin penderita pasien gagal ginjal kronik memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan nilai p value= 0,010. Perawat dapat memberi pendidikan pada pasien untuk dapat meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin seperti meningkatkan konsumsi zat besi.
