Abstract
Phlebitis menempati peringkat pertama di Indonesia dibandingkan infeksi lainnya. Prevalensinya di Rumah Sakit Tk.II Udayana 2019 sebesar 4, 88 %. Pelaksanaan secara kontinyu bundle care phlebitis dapat menurunkan prevalensi penyakit tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui korelasi bundle phlebitis dengan kejadian phlebitis di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Tk. II Udayana. Studi yang dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptip korelasional dengan rancangan cross-sectional. Sampel berjumlah 81 orang perawat dipilih secara total sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi. Ditemukan sebanyak 45 orang perawat (55, 6%) taat menjalankan bundle phlebitis dan sisanya tidak taat. Ada 54 orang pasien (66, 7%) setelah dipasangi infus tidak mengalami phlebitis. Pelaksanaan bundle phlebitis secara kontinyu berdasarkan statistik berkorelasi kuat (r 0,791) dengan kejadian phlebilitis (p 0,001 < α 0, 05). Disarankan kepada rumah sakit agar mensosialisasikan standar operasional prosedur bundle phlebitis yang sudah disusun kepada semua perawat
