Abstract
BINA USADA BALI HEALTH INSTITUTION BACHELOR DEGREE OF NURSING PROGRAM Undergraduate Thesis, February 2024 Ni Wayan Ratna Pertiwi The Relationship Between The Distance Of The First Level Health Facility (FKTP) To The Advanced Referral Health Facility (FKRTL) And The Availability Of A One-Stop Laboratory With The Number Of Non-Specialist Referrals In FKTP Kab. Badung In 2022 Ix + 32 + 7 tables + 1 image + 5 appendices ABSTRACT Health services are carried out in stages, with the first service at the Primary Care Service (FKTP) by the doctor's competence and can be referred to the next level if it is by the indications for referral. This study wasaimed at finding the association of the distance between the FKTP and Secondary Care Service (FKRTL) as well as the availability of one-stop lab with non-specialist referral at the FKTP in Badung in 2022. This was an observational analytical study. The population was all the FKTP in Badung which cooperated with BPJS Kesehatan. The samples were 132 FKTP selected using purposive sampling technique. The data were obtained from the Social Health Insurance Administration in Badung and were analyzed using Chi-Square test. The findings showed that there was no association among distances between the FKTP and FKRTL with non-specialist referral (p = 0,451), but the availability of one-stop lab was associated with non-specialist referral (p=0,012) at the FKTP in Badung in 2022 Keywords: universal health care system, laboratory availability, referral distance Biography : 16 (2013-2020)
