Abstract

Keberhasilan program bayi tabung di dunia masih tergolong rendah. Berdasarkan data Perhimpunan In Vitro Fertilization Indonesia (PERFITRI) persentase keberhasilan bayi tabung di Indonesia hanya 30%. Salah satu faktor yang dikaitkan dengan keberhasilan bayi tabung adalah usia. Usia mempengaruhi kondisi anatomi dan fisiologi organ reproduksi wanita, diantaranya rahim, indung telur, kualitas, kuantitas sel telur, embrio dan keadaan endrometrium. Perubahan tersebut juga berdampak terhadap keseimbangan hormon dan tingkat sensitifitas tubuh terhadap obat. Hal ini menyebabkan tingkat keberhasilan program bayi tabung semakin menurun seiring dengan semakin tua usia seorang wanita. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat usia dengan keberhasilan program bayi tabung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Observasional dengan pendekatan Cross-Sectional dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang diambil dari rekam medis dan buku register pasien di Unit Reproduksi Wija Insan Nugraha. Tehnik sampel yang digunakan adalah non probability sampling yaitu total sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 35 pasien yang menjalani program bayi tabung dari bulan Februari – April 2020. Analisis data menggunakan uji Lambda dengan hasil  = 0,667 yang menunjukkan ada hubungan kuat antara tingkat usia dengan keberhasilan program bayi tabung di Unit Reproduksi Wija Insan Nugraha. Diharapkan dengan semakin banyaknya penelitian tentang bayi tabung dapat membantu meningkatkan angka keberhasilan bayi tabung kedepannya
