Abstract

Decubitus adalah luka yang terjadi oleh karena tirah baring atau kondisi yang tidak bergerak selama beberapa hari sehingga mengakibatkan luka pada titik tekan akan menjadi luka besar sampai ke otot dan tulang jika tidak ditangani, tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh Fixomull dan VCO terhadap resiko Decubitus pada pasien tirah baring di Ruang ICU/ICCU/HCU Rumah Sakit Umum Kasih Ibu, menggunakan desain pre-experimental dengan one-grup pretest dan posttest design Jumlah sample 10 pasien Tirah Baring, analisis data menggunakan uji Non Parametric Wilcoxom Rank Test membandingkan hasil pretest dan posttest. Hasil penelitian resiko Decubitus sebelum dilakukan intervensi paling dominan yaitu sangat beresiko sebanyak limar responden (50 %), setelah intervensi didominasi resiko tinggi Decubitus yaitu empat responden (40%), menunjukkan penurunan resiko decubitus. Hasil analisa data dengan Wilcoxon Rank Test menunjukkan nilai Asymp. Signifikansi (2-tailed) 0.01, berarti Asymp. Signifikansi (2-tailed) p value < 0.05 sehingga ada perbedaan yang signifikan pre test intervensi Fixomull dan VCO antara post test intervensi Fixomull dan VCO, ada pengaruh pemberian Fixomull dan VCO untuk mencegah terjadinya resiko Decubitus pada pasien tirah Kata Kunci : Decubitus, Fixomull, VCO
