Abstract

masa ini sering timbul permasalahan karena tidak terkontrol perilaku atau pola asuh orang tua yang tidak tepat serta diluar pengawasan, sehingga terjadi kenakalan remaja. Kenakalan remaja merupakan perilaku menyimpang pada anakanak dan remaja yang disebabkan oleh satu bentuk pengabaian sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan pola asuh orang tua terhadap kenakalan remaja masa kini di SMPN 2 Denpasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 70 responden di SMPN 2 Denpasar. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner pola asuh orang tua scale of parenting dan kuesioner kenakalan remaja. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Spearman Rank. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden dengan pola asuh permisif indulgent sebanyak 54 responden (77,1%), sedangkan pada kenekalan remaja sebagian besar responden dengan kenakalan remaja tinggi sebanyak 45 responden (64,3%). Hasil uji bivariat menunjukkan nilai correlation coefficient sebesar 0,253 yang berarti antara pola asuh orang tua dengan kenakalan remaja hubunganya adalah lemah yang bernilai positif yang menandakan sifat hubungan searah yang berarti semakin baik pola asuh orang tua maka kenakalan remaja cenderung menurun. Dari hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai p value=0,034 yang berarti (p<0,05) sehingga ada hubungan pola asuh orang tua terhadap kenakalan remaja masa kini di SMPN 2 Denpasar. Diharapkan peran orang tua dapat lebih memperhatikan anaknya sehingga penyimpangan karena pola asuh yang tidak tepat dapat berkurang.
