Abstract

Hemodialisis merupakan terapi pilihan utama pengganti fungsi ginjal disamping Continuou Ambulatory Peritoneal Dialysis (CAPD) dan transplantasi ginjal. Perubahan yang di alami oleh pasien gagal ginjal kronik yang mengalami kecemasan menimbulkan perubahan drastis bukan hanya fisik tetapi juga psikologis pada pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh terapi foot reflection massage and music (FR2M) terhadap tingkat kecemasan pada pasien hemodialisa pertama kali di Ruangan Hemodialisa RS X Denpasar. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian Pra-Experimental dengan rancangan onegroup pra-posttest design terhadap 15 responden. Teknik yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling Dari hasil pengolahan data uji statistik Spearman Rank diperoleh hasil tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,001 yang berarti terdapat pengaruh terapi foot reflection massage and music (FR2M) terhadap tingkat kecemasan pada pasien hemodialisa pertama kali di Ruangan Hemodialisa RS X Denpasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terapi foot reflection massage and music (FR2M) secara signifikan menurunkan kecemasan. Harapan dari penelitian kedepannya fokus terapi foot massage maupun music yang diberikan lebih diarahkan untuk mencapai tujuan terapeutik tertentu agar tetap dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap kecemasan.
